Are you looking for individual private lessons, high school or college tutoring, or AP Italian exam preparation? Our programs are designed to support academic success and build language confidence. We also offer tutoring in French, Spanish, and Latin, providing comprehensive language support in a flexible and supportive environment.

Private Lessons
Private tutoring is a collaborative effort between student and teacher to create the most effective and enjoyable learning experience.
Key Features:
Lessons can be held in-person or online
Flexible scheduling to fit anyone’s needs, making learning Italian accessible
Focus on conversation-based resources and great learning materials
Enjoy one-on-one personalized Italian lessons from home or while traveling
Individual Private Lessons:
$75 — 1-hour session
$110 — 1.5-hour session
Tuition must be paid in advance for at least 4 lessons
24-hour notice required to cancel an upcoming lesson
In-Person Lessons:
Held at our East Hanover office
If a different location is required, an additional fee may apply

High School / College Tutoring & AP Prep
Italian School NJ has many highly qualified instructors, some of whom currently teach or have taught at the high school (public and private) or college level, who can assist with Italian courses or AP Italian exam preparation.
High School tutoring and AP Prep
Whether you need help improving an overall grade, preparing for an upcoming test, or reviewing a specific topic that may feel challenging, we are here to help. Italian School NJ takes a comprehensive, well-rounded approach to instruction, giving students the opportunity to engage with every aspect of the Italian language.
New at Italian School NJ:
We also offer tutoring in French, Spanish, and Latin.
Tuition for individual tutoring (online only):
$85 for a 1-hour session (with a high school or college teacher)
$120 for a 1.5-hour session (with a high school or college teacher)

As a 501(c)3 not-for-profit Italian language and culture school, we are proud to serve many surrounding New Jersey Counties to our East Hanover office.
