English as a Second Language (ESL)

For anyone who have recently arrived and are working for or alongside American corporations, English is not only a necessity in the work place, but a fundamental element of assimilation into the American culture.

Having encountered many Italians that after moving in the USA still lack in their confidence to properly speak the English language and therefore are impacted in their everyday life and even prevented to apply for jobs in career they already already had in their home land, we have decided to launch this NEW classes.

ISNJ offers English lessons in various formats, private, semiprivate or family lessons, on-line and in person.

Private and Semi-Private English Lessons

English tutoring is available for adults and children as private lessons, or multiple family members can be accommodated in semi-private or family sessions. Lessons can be held in-person or online.

Italian School NJ has worked already with many Italian families that have transferred to the United States and are interested in learning and enriching their English.

Tuition are required to be paid in advance for at least 4 four lessons.

Private and semi-private lessons are held in our East Hanover office. If the student requires a different location, an additional fee may apply. Please email us at [email protected] for information and fees.

Individual Private Lessons

Tuitions for individual private lessons:

$75 for a 1-hour session

$100 for a 1.5-hour session

Semi-private lessons (2 students, 1 teacher)

Tuition for Semi-private lessons (2 students, 1 teacher)

$55 for a 1-hour session for each student

$75 for a 1.5-hour session for each student

Please note - this rate applies ONLY if both students are presents for the lesson.

Semi-private online or in-person lessons (3 students, 1 teacher)

Tuitions Semi-private online or in-person lessons (3 students, 1 teacher).

$55 for a 1.5-hour session for each student

Please note - this rate applies ONLY if all 3 students are present for the lesson.

Packages

Packages available:

1 hour private lessons: (4 classes) $300

1.5 hour private lessons: (4 classes) $400

1 hour 2-1 small group lessons: (6 classes) $330

1.5 hour 2-1 small group lessons: (6 classes) $450

1.5 hour 3-1 small group lessons: (6 classes) $330

Please note - to apply semiprivate rate ALL students need to be present for the lesson.

Family English Lessons

Family lessons can be done by 1 teacher with 2, 3 or 4 students, which are members of the same household. It will be up to the teacher’s discretion to determine whether students are compatible to attend lessons all together or divide them in groups.

Semi-private family lessons with 2 students and one teacher

Tuition for 2-1 Family Lessons:

$95 for both students for 1-hour long lesson

$130 for both students for 1.5-hour long lesson

Semi-private family lesson done with 3 or 4 members of the same family with one teacher simultaneously.

Tuition for 3-1 Family lessons:

$110 for all students for 1-hour long lesson

$145 for all students for 1.5-hour long lesson

1.0 hour 3-1 Family lessons - 4 lessons- $440

Please note that for this tuition to be applied ALL students have to part of the same household.
